This resource will be used to further our research, which is focused on not only improving treatments that enhance the quality of life for individuals with Lafora progressive myoclonus epilepsy, but also ultimately finding a cure.

Future research into treatment and a cure for Lafora Disease is only possible with your generous contribution. Up to this point, Lafora Research has been extremely limited and receives little federal or private funding due to its orphan disease classification.
